Cultural-Conference Center of Heraklion Crete

It is a center of performing arts in Heraklion. Launched in 2019 after long discussions and planning that lasted for more than four decades, the complex is built on a plot of 5,670 square meters and has a total area of 28,487 square meters. It has one 750-seat auditorium and several smaller rooms.

It is located at 49 Nikolaou Plastira Avenue, Heraklion Crete in a 10’ walking distance from the center of Heraklion (lion square).

Eight of the halls of the Cultural Center will be available for the conference:

• Hall "Andreas and Maria Kalokairinou" (671-748 seats) "Andreas and Maria Kalokairinou" outdoor foyer (220 sq.m or 185 people)
• Hall foyer "A. and M. Kalokairinou" (270 sq.m. or 225 people)
• Concert Hall (212 seats)
• Hall foyer "A. and M. Kalokairinou" (270 sq.m. or 225 people)  "Concert Hall" exterior foyer (35 sq.m. or 25 people)
• Experimental Theater (50-180 seats)
• Experimental Theater Foyer (90 sq.m. or 75 people)
• Exhibition space (275 sq.m. or 230 people or 0-100 seats)
• Small Theater Hall (105 seats)
• Seminar Hall (0-180 seats)
• Multimedia Room

Additional spaces include administrative offices, guest rooms, workshops, warehouses, dressing rooms, instrument stores, test rooms, VIP rooms, a restaurant, ATM, shops, car parking spots, etc.
